This
document is a collaborative effort. It consists of 4
separate word processing documents, over 40 "stand alone"
spreadsheets and 40 spreadsheets imbedded into the word
processing documents. Creating the "basic" word processing
documents and inputting the data into the spreadsheets was
done by a number of other Finance Department staff. My
responsibilities were to design the spreadsheets (many of
which automatically collect data from other spreadsheets),
imbed the spreadsheets into the word processing documents,
format the spreadsheets and word processing documents for
final output, and to create the single integrated adobe
acrobat document for publication. Also note that this
document is thoroughly bookmarked for easy navigation. |

document entails downloading over 2,000 budget line items
from the mainframe computer into an Excel spreadsheet and
